Your digital pattern download includes everything you need to bring the artwork to life across your approved product range:

• 3 preview PNG colourways — ready-to-use colour variations to help you visualise the pattern across your products

Want a different colour palette? Alternate colourways can be created to suit your brand or product range for an additional fee. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Your purchase includes exclusive rights to reproduce and use this pattern for a two-year licensing period, commencing from the date of purchase, and limited to the production category selected at checkout.

During your exclusive licensing period:

• The pattern will be removed from the Cragg & Co. collection library and will not be licensed to another brand within your selected production category.
• You have exclusive use of the artwork within your licensed category for the duration of the agreement.
• You will receive a reminder 6 months before your licence expires, giving you the opportunity to renew your exclusive licence.

At the end of the two-year licensing period, your exclusivity will expire unless the licence is renewed. The artwork may then become available for licensing to other brands.

If your licence expires and is not renewed, you must cease producing and selling new products featuring the artwork under the expired licence. Existing stock produced during your valid licensing period may be subject to the terms outlined in your individual licensing agreement.

Your purchase does not include permission to use this artwork in connection with generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

By purchasing or downloading this artwork, you agree that you will not:

• Upload, submit, input, scan, analyse or otherwise provide this artwork, or any part of it, to generative AI tools or platforms.
  
• Use the artwork to generate, modify, reproduce or create derivative artwork through AI.
  
• Use the artwork to train, fine-tune, develop, test or contribute to AI or machine-learning models, datasets, algorithms or generative systems.
  
• Use the artwork, individual elements or its visual characteristics as a reference or input to replicate, imitate or substantially reproduce the artwork or Cragg & Co.’s distinctive visual style through AI.
  

The artwork remains protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property rights. Purchasing a digital file grants you only the usage rights expressly stated in the applicable licence and does not transfer copyright or grant permission for AI-related use.
