SHIPPING POLICY
Digital Delivery
Cragg & Co. Creative specialises in digital design services including branding, logo design, apparel and product design, and pattern design. All design deliverables are provided digitally.
Delivery Method
All final design files and assets are delivered electronically via email or secure file transfer within the agreed timeframe specified in your project agreement or purchase confirmation.
Delivery Timeframe
- Custom design projects: Delivery timeframes are specified in individual project agreements
- Licensed design assets: Digital files are typically delivered within 1-2 business days following payment confirmation
- Rush delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee
File Formats
Design deliverables are provided in production-ready, industry-standard formats as specified in your project agreement or product listing. This may include AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, and other formats suitable for your intended use.
Delivery Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your files have been sent. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive your files within the expected timeframe.
Access Issues
If you experience any issues accessing your digital files, please contact us at craggandco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will resend your files promptly.
Physical Products
If we offer physical product samples or printed materials in the future, shipping terms will be communicated separately at the time of purchase.
International Considerations
As a digital service provider based in Australia, our services are available globally. There are no customs, duties, or international shipping fees for digital deliveries.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS SHIPPING
Shipping Locations
We ship physical products within Australia and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Within Australia:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $12
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $15
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD
International Shipping:
- International Standard (10-21 business days): $20
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery location.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, please contact us at craggandco@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
